Every session is shaped around what you actually need that day. Below is the menu, but the work itself is always a conversation. Between your body and mine. Between what you arrived with and what's possible in the time we have.
BODYWORK
Therapeutic Massage - 2 hour
A full two hours to actually land. Swedish flow, deep tissue where you need it, myofascial work, gentle joint mobilization, and stretching woven in. You leave looser, quieter, and back in your body. Every session is shaped around what you arrive with. Fifteen minute intake followed by a two hour massage gives us the time to not rush any of it.

Deep Dive Therapeutic Massage - 3 hour
Three hours for the patterns that don't give way in one visit. Layered, integrative bodywork for chronic tension, injury recovery, or anyone whose body needs real time to unwind. Not a splurge. An intervention. Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, rhythmic mobilization, and stretching, woven into a single long session. The kind of work that changes how you move for weeks after. Fifteen minute intake, followed by 3 hours of massage

A full-body shiatsu session that moves energy, opens the joint capsules, and drops you into deep rest. You stay fully clothed. Good for bodies that want pressure and presence without oil or skin contact.

A post-massage rest with the FDA-approved Richway BioMat (far-infrared warmth, negative ions, and the gentle resonance of amethyst and tourmaline) paired with binaural sound through headphones. Twenty to forty minutes of integration time. The work the session did keeps doing itself.
